We hosted our friends Fonda for a party in our Private Dining Room last week.

A standout menu of burrata & Vesuvio tomatoes, mortadella & stracchino, grilled marinated peppers, mezze maniche with spicy sausage ragu, courgette flower risotto, grilled tagliata, sea bream and aubergine parmigiana – followed by strawberry rum baba, roast apricots, amaretti & cream, and Torta Barozzi.

In July we had the pleasure of welcoming our friend Roberto Di Meo, whose estimable wines we have the pleasure of importing from Campania.

Over lunch he opened a bevvy of his Fianos, stretching back to an eye-opening and excellent 1993. They’ll be making their way onto our list soon, but in the meantime you can enjoy his Fiano Alessandra 2015 by the glass, bottle or magnum.

Watch this space though - we’ll soon have a selection of Roberto’s wines available to take home.

We’ve never believed children should eat differently - our food is about sharing, tasting and discovering new dishes together.

For the summer holidays this year, we’ve introduced a children’s menu for the first time. Available until 1st September, three courses for £12 for children aged 12 and under - making it a little easier to bring the whole family.
