The wonderful Is back and they are flying out because they are light, full of flavour and texture and also filling. It's definitely a summer pasta and freshly picked crab is always a good choice with a beautiful chilled white wine (Gavi would be my choice)

The legendary .. our version has evolved over the years, little tweaks here and there. We feel we've achieved the right balance between light & creamy. Soft with some firm textures, not too boozy and not too sweet. These are flying out and we're providing tiramisu too. Get in touch.

Proud to announce we are now selling , a 100% pure sicilian cold pressed olive oil using Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla & Cerasuola olives. This olive oil comes from the same land where our grandparents were raised in Sicily and is inspired by the passing of our brother Shaun in 2023. Coconut rice pudding... Started making these with Gary Rhodes back in early 2000s.. since then we've been playing around with combinations, textures, flavours.. I love this pudding especially the classic version with vanilla. This one is with rhubarb, passion fruit, jara citron & almonds.. it's also .
