With FTA since the pandemic, starting out as a KP and now firmly part of the kitchen team.

Born in the Dominican Republic, now serving up cheesecakes and spotting ripe mangoes from suspicious distances.

Favourite meal? Stewed pork leg with Dominican rice and beans 🍛
Speciality? Cheesecake (catch it on the summer menu) 🍰
Hidden talent? Can tell if a mango is ripe from over 100m away 🥭

Produce and Fire are pillars of From the Ashes.
With in-house butchery we try to buy whole animals when possible, this allows to be creative when doing our Menus.
We produce our own artisan Argentinian Style Sausages, bacon and pastramis.
I am thinking may be Smoked treacle bacon stakes, can be part of the New Winter Menu.
Or may be some Pastrami Featherblade's?
