Next month marks three years since we opened Dovetale. A partnership that saw two boundary-pushing brands come together with a shared ambition to challenge expectations and create something truly distinctive. The result? Dovetale. A restaurant that is truly more than the sum of its parts.

As with all stories, there is a beginning, a middle and end. With Dovetale having taken flight, Tom Sellers will be stepping back from the restaurant. The Dovetale team wish Tom the best with what’s to come as he turns his focus to upcoming projects, including the imminent opening of in St Ives.

Dovetale will continue to operate as usual, with exciting updates to come.

This summer, our terrace transforms into Le Jardin Minuty, a Riviera-inspired escape created in partnership with Château Minuty and female-founded paper flower studio Pom Pom Factory, a more sustainable approach to fresh florals.
