22.09.2026

Thanks to your support, we have successfully reached our third anniversary.
Ten years since we began operations – beginning with the opening of "Hana Matsuri" - we have continued to welcome so many guests and develop our reputation, relying solely on word-of-mouth, without purchasing reviews or spending money on advertising. Our reputation is entirely due to our loyal customers.

To mark this third anniversary, we have launched “IKOINO” and refreshed our website.
With the launch of "IKOINO", we remain committed to evolving and sharing Japanese culinary culture beyond sushi. Our ambition is still to be the only Japanese restaurant in Leeds that shares diverse aspects of authentic Japanese culinary culture, accompanied by an excellent selection of craft sake, as well as broader Japanese culture.

Whether you are traveling from afar specifically to visit Sushi Nakamura or visiting Sushi Nakamura to celebrate a special occasion, we are happy to welcome you to our intimate six-seat counter. We strive to ensure that every element of your experience - not just the cuisine - creates an unforgettable memory for you.

Thank you for your support for 10 years. We hope you will continue to support us for another 10 years.
We look forward to welcoming you.
