Whitby, Yorkshireから届いた初めてのYorkshire産の食材…それは280kgの本マグロ！

280kg Whitby Wild Bluefin Tuna.

We serve authentic Japanese pescatarian *omakase* sushi using only locally sourced ingredients.

I am truly delighted to showcase local catch — specifically Yorkshire Bluefin tuna — at our location here in Leeds.

It is a privilege to work with such passionate fishermen.

I encourage everyone to visit and share in celebrating local fishing success and Japanese culture.

Craft sake and plum w**e from my hometown of Kitakyushu, Japan🇯🇵.

In the UK🇬🇧, these can only be found here at SushiNakamura.

Our new sake and cocktail menus will launch in April.

Chef Ishii , who left London and now works at Tokito in Tokyo, still gives me valuable advice despite his busy schedule.  Chef Ishii's friend, William , visited us.

"Spreading Japan from Leeds" and “A menu that reflects our suppliers".

Since opening HanaMatsuri in Meanwood in 2016, my restaurant and I have undoubtedly evolved and improved. We will continue to move forward with our ongoing desire to improve.

My restaurant, with only six seats, may be the smallest restaurant in the UK. I am truly honoured that William has featured my small restaurant in his newspaper column.

I owe so much to my suppliers, my customers (most of whom now travel from far away to visit us), my local customers, the delivery company that plays an important role in connecting me with my suppliers, and my family.  I would like to express my gratitude to everyone once again.

ロンドンを離れ、東京のTokitoでご活躍されている石井シェフ、ご多忙にも関わらず今でも貴重なアドバイスを頂いています。
その石井シェフのご友人、Williamさんがご来店されました。

2016年にHanaMatsuriをMeanwoodに開業してから、店舗と私は間違いなく進化、向上して来ました。そしてこれからも向上心をもって前に進んで参ります。

この度、席数6席しかない。イギリスのレストランの中でも最も小さなレストランかも知れない。私の小さなお店をWilliamさんに取り上げて頂きました。大変、光栄に思います。

これは私を支えてくれているサプライヤーの皆さん、今では殆どのお客様がリーズではなく遠い場所からわざわざご来店いただくお客様、地元のお客様、サプライヤーと私を繋ぐ重要な役割を果たしている運送会社さん、そして家族のおかげです。
皆様に改めて感謝の意を表します。

We took a longer holiday than usual over the Christmas and New Year's holidays, taking the opportunity to visit our suppliers in the UK and Portugal.

We are fortunate to have such dedicated suppliers, whose high quality produce allows us to offer you the best version of our vision of Japanese fine dining.
