Happy Sunday, a restful day for us, and a heartfelt celebration of our customers!

We want to say a huge thank you to each and every one of our fabulous customers, especially those who have visited The Spontaneous Cuppa Hunstanton during our very busy recent weeks.

We have been overwhelmed by the kindness, patience and graciousness shown by every single person who has come through our doors. To our regulars who return week after week and year after year, it is always such a joy to meet and chat with you all.

Thank you also to those of you on holiday who have sought us out, and to everyone who has travelled great distances for a special visit.

Every customer is precious to us, and today we want to tell you that we cannot thank you enough.

One of our favourite community events of the year is back, and we'd love you to join us for a morning filled with delicious homemade treats, fun fundraising and wonderful company.

Jenny Chapman, one of our fantastic Princess Theatre volunteers and organiser of the event, says:

"With a lot of help from my fellow volunteers and friends, we're able to provide a 100 Prize Tombola (yes, 100 prizes!), a Grand Raffle with lots of fantastic prizes, and everyone's favourite... Guess Teddy's Birthday!"

🎟️ Grand Raffle – £1 per strip (available to pre-purchase now from the Box Office!)

There'll be a wonderful selection of:
🍰 Homemade cakes

Plus Gluten Free cakes and sausage rolls, kindly provided by Spontaneous Cuppa.

Last year, thanks to your incredible generosity, together we raised £1,200, bringing the Princess Theatre's Macmillan Coffee Morning fundraising total to an amazing £7,892.50! 💚 Every pound helps Macmillan continue their incredible work supporting people living with cancer and their families.

Whether you pop in for coffee, enjoy a slice of cake, buy a raffle ticket or simply come along to support the day, every little bit makes a difference.

A huge thank you to Jenny, Jill, all of our amazing volunteers, bakers and helpers who give up their time, talents and plenty of baking to make this special event possible. We couldn't do it without you. 💚

Happy Saturday and Happy Hunstanton Music Festival

Beautiful weather, fantastic music on the green and as for the prizes £100 worth tickets for the Cafe Legge New Years Eve event at the Town Hall and Line Dancing lessons with Kyra Cruise Sit, Step and Smile with Kyra to name just a couple of great prizes. Make sure to catch a taster of line dancing this afternoon!

Kyra has also been in first thing this morning to order lunch as a takeaway for later this afternoon. Remember all our takeaway packaging is fully recyclable so do use the recycling ♻️ bins provided.

A ‘flavour of Hunstanton’ 😋

We would like to thank our food business sponsors.

- The The Olive Grove, on Westgate, serving food, coffee, wine and sundowners. They have live music nights too!

- Sofia's Restaurant and Bar in The High Street. Amazing tapas, seafood, wine and cocktails.

- Hunstanton Ski Cafe and Bar, a great location right on the seafront! They serve food and have a huge amount of free live music on over the Summer.

- Berni Beans - a lovely, quirky tearoom on the corner of the High Street. Don’t miss their bakery items, cakes and cream teas.

- Beccas Kitchen Becca’s just next to The Green. Delicious breakfasts, home made meals and cakes.

- Cafe Legge on the High Street. Breakfasts, lunches, Sunday roasts and a sunny outside seating area.
They have given us a raffle prize of a New Year’s Eve night out at The Town Hall with bar, hot buffet, live music from local band Blue Satin Souls and a DJ set.

- Vegas fish bar on Beach Road…because obviously you must get fish and chips! They do GF too.

- The Spontaneous Cuppa Hunstanton in The High Street for Vegan, Gluten and Dairy Free, ideal if you have food allergies or intolerances.

- A little further afield, Congham Hall Hotel & Spa (5 miles from King’s Lynn) is a lovely place to stay and eat. The Samphire Kitchen food is delicious, fresh and seasonal. There is a set lunch at £29 for 2 courses or £32 for 3.

You can find almost every type of food and of course ice cream and doughnuts from the seafront! 😋

Happy Monday and Happy start to Easter week.

We are so humbled and grateful to Hunstanton Mayor Cllr Cynthia Easeman for recognising the contribution The Spontaneous Cuppa makes in the community, serving good food for everyone and those living with dietary requirements specifically gluten and dairy. Thank you Cynthia for bestowing this honour on us.

Now, we do also need to say that we will be closed for a couple of weeks as Adrian will undergo another surgery on his eye. Again, he needs some time to recover. We will let you know our reopening date.

In the meantime, we wish all those who celebrate, the happiest Easter Week and a good rest to all!

It’s our Happy 3rd Birthday..
And we are celebrating with all our customer favourites. We are also celebrating with fond memories of our beloved Sweden by making our very popular Bakewell Tart with Swedish Cloud berries (Hjortron bär) so named because they are found close to the clouds in Northern Sweden. We are also introducing our popular evening event Swedish herrings (senap o dill sill) on our open Sandwiches.
