Happy Monday and Happy start to Easter week.

We are so humbled and grateful to Hunstanton Mayor Cllr Cynthia Easeman for recognising the contribution The Spontaneous Cuppa makes in the community, serving good food for everyone and those living with dietary requirements specifically gluten and dairy. Thank you Cynthia for bestowing this honour on us.

Now, we do also need to say that we will be closed for a couple of weeks as Adrian will undergo another surgery on his eye. Again, he needs some time to recover. We will let you know our reopening date.

In the meantime, we wish all those who celebrate, the happiest Easter Week and a good rest to all!

It’s our Happy 3rd Birthday..
And we are celebrating with all our customer favourites. We are also celebrating with fond memories of our beloved Sweden by making our very popular Bakewell Tart with Swedish Cloud berries (Hjortron bär) so named because they are found close to the clouds in Northern Sweden. We are also introducing our popular evening event Swedish herrings (senap o dill sill) on our open Sandwiches.

It truly is the most wonderful time of the year!

Thank you to all our customers who supported us on Sunday at The Spontaneous Cuppa Hunstanton for our charity event for the Hunstanton Christmas Light switch on. Mark & Jackie Browne did an amazing job volunteering and, again this year greeted and chatted with all the customers, served food, cleared tables, managed the dishwasher and kept us going. As soon as we opened; Margaret, David & Christine, Mayor Cynthia & Gem came through the door and brought so much joy cheering us all on for the day ahead. With the takings in the cafe, extra donations and a top up from us, we are delighted to share that each charity will receive £400 each. A reminder of the three charities: King's Lynn Foodbank (Hunstanton & District Branch) Leeway Domestic Violence and Abuse Services and Hunstanton RNLI again THANK YOU 🙏🏻 all!
