Atlantik Inns is growing and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, proactive hands-on Operations Manager to help lead our collection of characterful heritage Peak District pubs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding family-run hospitality group operating well-known venues such as the Old Hall Hotel, Hope, the Peak Hotel in Castleton, The Anglers Rest - Bamford, Hope Tearooms, Bamford Post Office & Community Hub, The George in Tideswell, Hope Valley Beer & Cider Festival, The Milton Tap in Buxton and the Anchor Inn Tideswell.

You’ll work closely with the Directors, General Managers and teams to support six sites, motivate teams, maintain standards and help our pubs/inns continue to thrive at the heart of their communities.

Role highlights:
• Multi-site leadership across Peak District pubs/inns
• Supporting and developing General Managers
• Driving performance, guest experience and standards
• Staff discounts, pension and staff events

We’re looking for someone who loves heritage pubs, understands hospitality operations and enjoys helping teams succeed.

14 years seems to have gone so fast, but here we are, still working together with such an amazing brewery.
I’m very proud to say that we, (Atlantik Inns) have now been working alongside T&R Theakston's Brewery for 14 years.
I must say that, Simon (Mr. ‘T’), seems to have aged significantly better than I, (and rather thinner) but, either way, we’re all proud to be flying the Theakston’s flag after all these years. Long may our business friendship continue.
