Refresh your senses in the heat with our divine Gravlax waffles, light, Smokey, fresh! Incredible!

In-house oak-smoked marinaded carrots that are cured with juniper berry, beetroot + dill creating a crazy amount of flavour, combined with our whipped feta, crispy capers rocket & smoked lemon oil on SG gluten-free buckwheat waffles 🧇 it’s the flavour of the Summer!

Our menu changes on Tuesday next week! Come and have your favourites before we switch them out for some fresh new flavours!

If you’ve been to SG over the past few years you’ve probably met Maxim, steering the kitchen team & refining our menus with a Virgo attention to detail, always bringing something new into the mix 🌀

when we met Maxim four years ago, he came to us with no experience but ALL the passion & ideas, we took him on and trained him in our kitchen under our wonderful head chef at the time, we haven’t looked back, he now leads the kitchen team, & even dabbles in front of house given half the chance 🤣

Head of flavours, quality & innovation. Maxim is also one of those folks who feels like sunshine so it’s no wonder he’s a master of flavour 🌞 his whistling & singing carrying through the cafe on the busiest Sacred days, he’s the glue that holds the team together, a truly Sacred Soul ♥️🌀✨

Here’s some FAQ’s for those who wish to join us…

🕯️ what does it feel like in the evenings at SG? ~ hazy warm evenings in a beautiful candlelit sacred space for intimate gatherings, a sumptuous playlist to set the tone, food arrives as you sit and sip some beautifully made botanical drinks, beer or natural wines & unwind in good company.

🌱 what’s on the menu? ~ thoughtfully prepared plates leading you through a seasonal story, five courses of lovingly prepared and designed plates by our wonderful award winning team of chefs, creative and innovative plant forward food, always something foraged, pickled, smoked or grilled to bring out the best flavours of the season.

Can I bring my dog? 🐕 Of course we welcome well behaved dogs into the space day or night ♥️

Can we cater for allergies/intolerances? 🌸 yes! But only when we have advance notice so always ALWAYS pop it in to the booking comments - we are more than happy to be creative with dishes so you can enjoy the experience even with dietary requirements. However we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens from dishes because of our small kitchen where we create everything from scratch! 🌀

As the energy of the season rises, take those moments to pause & regroup, a break between storms, collecting those moments that gather and restore us once again.

We created this space for that reason, intentional space within, space to relax, a place to be held. We love nothing more than when people bring their sketchbooks, daily journals, or sit & write letters - it’s why we’re here and it’s also how our journey began - two people in separate cities writing letters in cafes to each other for six months until we met. The power of those Collected Moments changes timelines & brings us spiralling back to our magical selves 🧡🌞✨
