After a very busy week cooking hundreds of delicious pizzas for others at The Flat. I am exhausted!!😴 So it’s time to spoil myself. I create a Chef’s special with all my favorite ingredients like aubergines, spinach, chill pepper (lots), mozzarella, mushroom, vegan pepperoni. I take it home, shoes off, sit on sofa, feet up , TV on, BLISS 🤗💕

This duck loves Pizzas and when it heard about the Delicious Olive Tree pizza at The Flat it flew in all the way from Bath to have one on its birthday. Happy Birthday Duck 🦆 ###

Tiramisu is the world’s favorite dessert originating from Treviso near Venice. The Flat has an original recipe that is absolutely delicious and you have an option to include Grappa to add even more excitement. Treviso comes to Exeter!! 🤗

The Flat’s Special Pizza this week l am delicious with lots of blue cheese, spinach, mushrooms, yellow peppers, cherry tomatoes, vegan pepperoni, on an Italian tomato sauce base, and topped with Parmesan. Most of these ingredients come from the Market in Milano. If you like Blue Cheese you will love Luna 💕🥰 🫰
