❗️ While we are really proud of our permanent menu, today at The Market in Downham market we introduced a special that didn’t hit the mark, and we want to apologise! As a new business we’re constantly trying out new suppliers and new efficient ways of working. Today a mix of new ideas, new product and a change of workflow, created a drink we aren’t proud of. This was our ‘coconut cloud matcha’. While positive previous attempts, today’s work was not it at all and we will be removing it from our specials board and focusing on what we know best. Maybe we’ll revisit it later down the line!
If you purchased the special and weren’t happy, please message us and we’ll happily offer you a refund or a free drink at your next visit. Your feedback honestly means everything to us, and it’s helping us improve.
On a more positive note, we are very grateful to be on this market every Saturday and loved having a chat with those who paid us a visit 😁
