Have you ever wondered why in the blistering heat that we’ve been having that your prized plants still get slug damage and not snails? Well snails can’t produce enough slime to keep moist,so seal themselves up in their shells until damper weather. Slugs on the the other hand can keep themselves slimy in all weathers and can even be active in winter.
If you have a remedy to save your prized hostas,then please feel free to share. 🐌
