We joined Leo at as he mixed Dusk in the Valley, the first cocktail on Edinburgh’s new Mictlan Trail. Inspired by the opening stage of the Aztec underworld journey, the serve combines tequila, mezcal and bright citrus flavours in a visually striking tribute to the adventure ahead. 🌅🐕

Running until 30 November, the Mictlan Trail takes cocktail lovers on a journey through nine Edinburgh bars, with each venue creating a drink inspired by a different chapter of the ancient myth. Collect stamps along the way, unlock rewards and immerse yourself in the story as it unfolds across the city. 🔥🍸

And there’s a seriously tempting incentive to complete the trail... 👀✈️ Guests who visit all nine venues will be entered into a prize draw to win a trip to Munich, complete with recommendations from the San Cosme Mezcal team on where to eat, drink and explore. 🌍🥃
