Kagumo is back.

Around 1,200 co-operative members grow this coffee on red-earth hills under Mount Kenya, and they re-sort their cherry on the day of picking before it ferments. It's been one of our favourites for years, and we're glad to have it back

Blackcurrant, redcurrant and candied lemon over a syrupy melon sweetness, with caramel and stewed rhubarb as it cools. We've kept the roast light with filter in mind.

Two favourites make a welcome return to our menu!

We’re excited to bring back La Guaca, grown by Jose Herman Salazar on his renowned farm in Huila, Colombia - the very birthplace of the famous Bourbon Ají.

This fresh harvest showcases just how dramatically processing can transform flavour. We’ve brought in the exact same Pink Bourbon lot crafted in two distinct ways:

Natural Process
Rich and vibrant. Expect notes of red berry, bright pomelo, and deep brown sugar, accompanied by a subtle, warming Ají spice that lingers into a long, syrupy finish.

Washed Process
Refined and elegant. Fragrant bergamot and honeyed florals lead into sweet, ripe apricot, ending on a smooth, comforting biscuit note.
