It's one we've built up one harvest at a time, and it's a partnership we genuinely value. We know you like it too. It's on our menu more often than not, and there's a reason for that.

Summer changes how you drink coffee. Longer mornings, more of them at home, a cup that has to hold its own against actual daylight for once.

A subscription means the bag lands before you're down to the last bean. No remembering, no gap where you're stuck drinking whatever's in the cupboard.

Best time to start one isn't January. It's now, when you've actually got the mornings to enjoy it in.

The coffee's the reason you come in. The croissants and canelés are the reason you stay for a second one. And if you're lucky (you will be) dog is doing the rounds, working the room better than any of us.

Flights booked, plans shifting, your routine about to go out the window for a few weeks. Your coffee order doesn't know any of that, unless you're on a subscription.

Standard orders show up whether you're home or not. Subscriptions are different: pause it, postpone it, speed it up, swap the roast, change how often it lands, all from your account, wherever you are.

Set it up before you go. No reason to wait on this one.

It's been with us since day one in 2007. The recipe's shifted over the years, different origins coming in and out, but it's never stopped being the one. Oldie but a goldie.

That's where cold matcha comes in. Iced, shaken, whisked, doesn't matter how. Clean, a bit grassy, properly refreshing, exactly right for the one week we get to call it summer.
