Meet our Natural Process lot from Aquiares, a coffee that delivers plenty of intensity in every cup.

You can expect vibrant notes of yuzu and guarapo (a Latin American fermented alcoholic drink derived from sugarcane juice). As the coffee rests, you’ll notice a lovely brown sugar sweetness, adding depth and balance to the cup.

El Carmen, an anaerobically processed coffee from El Salvador with notes of passion fruit, delicate red w**e and a lingering marshmallow like sweetness. We also use a washed lot from the same farm.

Todd found 2:30 with a 50 second bloom a little fast for his taste. He’d probably go closer to 3:30 next time to bring out more of that sweet finish👌

And the best part of the video? Todd only just realised his phone had been automatically tracking him the whole time 😂

Ethan is our resident surf instructor who brings the same grace and poise to a busy morning shift as he does to a double overhead barrel. He handles the rush with an effortless, calm energy.

Beyond the bar, Ethan is always keen to chat about whatever the day brings. He’s a truly kind soul who makes even the most hectic shifts feel like a breeze. We’re lucky to have his steady hand and easygoing nature as part of our daily rhythm 🏄‍♂️☕️

Anna is one of those rare souls who collects passions with intention. In the shop, she’s dialling in espresso, refining batch brews, or shadowing the roaster. Beyond the bar, she’s reading history or lost in the meditative rhythm of fibre craft, weaving her way toward a future as a textiles historian. We’re lucky to have her curiosity woven into our days.

We’re really pleased to have a new addition to the line-up, Las Etiopes Geisha from Peru, a special selection we’ve been looking forward to sharing.

With notes of lemon, blackcurrant and jasmine, this coffee brings an intense, sugary sweetness with plenty of depth. It’s great to see a Geisha showing a more fruit forward profile, still lifted by those delicate florals we love from this varietal.

You can enjoy it brewed as a V60 in the café, or pick up a whole bean bag from our retail shelf to take home. Some say it’s the best coffee they’ve tasted this year 😌
