Due to circumstances outwith my control we will not have Pumpkin Soup on the menu today but hopefully I will have a replacement done in time for 11.30. We do have Mulligatawny Soup to warm the cockles of your heart on another blustery day. We have our usual Filled rolls with our ‘ Special ‘ this week being a take on a club sandwich. Baking from Alex today. Hope to see you later ❤️

A huge thanks to everyone who came along to the Community Cafe today. It was lovely to see so many people and to welcome new customers. We could not operate this weekly event without our volunteers and customers so we reach out to all of you and express our thanks. It’s really important that this Community Cafe continues to be run so we look forward to next week with a Halloween theme ❤️

cafe day today in Cockburnspath Village Hall from 11-2pm with last food orders at 1.30. We have two soups today, Sweet Potato & Carrot and Italian Green Lentil. We also have Jacket Potatoes and Filked Rolls with this weeks special being Coronation Chicken. Home Baking from Sheila as well. Hope to see you there. Tickets for the NTC production of Beauty and the Beast on Saturday 5th December will also be available. This is a FREE Community Event and is suitable for all ages. ❤️

The Community Cafe returns on Tuesday 20th October and this week we have two soups, Carrot & Sweet Potato and Italian Lentil. We also have Jacket Potatoes and filled rolls. The Special this week is Coronation Chicken. Hope to see you there.

It’s Cafe day in Cockburnspath Village Hall tomorrow, Tuesday 13th October. We have two soups this week. Carrot & Ginger and Lasagna Soup which is a new one for us. We also have filled rolls, and delicious home baking from Lynden. We hope to see you there from 11-2pm ❤️

The Community Cafe returns on Tuesday 13th October from 11-2pm with last food orders for 1.30pm. This week we will be serving two soups. Lasagna Soup which is a meal in a bowl, and Carrot & Ginger which is lovely and warming as the days become cooler. We will also have filled rolls, and lovely baking including scones. We very much hope to see you there ❤️

A huge Thank You to everyone who came along to the Community Cafe in Cockburnspath Village Hall yesterday. It was a busy Cafe and we loved seeing everyone of you. The Chorizo and Kale Souo was a huge success and completely sold out. We are always looking for suggestions so please let us know what you would like to see on the Menu. The Community Cafe is back this week on Tuesday 6th October from 11-2pm. This week we are serving Jacket Potatoes, Filled Rolls, Lasagna Soup, and a special request of Chorizo and Kale Broth which is a new one for us. Fillings this week are Tuna Mayo, a take on Chicken Gyros, Egg Mayo and Cheese. We have Apple Tart & Cream alongside Carrot Loaf. We hope to see you there ❤️

The Community Cafe is back this coming week on Tuesday 29th September from 11-2pm. Soups this week are Carrot & Cumin ( courtesy of the Community Garden ), and Cream of Celery.
