I know I’ve been quiet recently, there’s a been a lot going on behind the scenes.

If you subscribe to our newsletter you will already know this, however DIY pizzas are back on a limited fortnightly service.

EVERY OTHER Monday, we will re-stock the website
The FOLLOWING Monday, all orders will be dispatched

Clear? No? Ok… here’s an example….

The website will NEXT be re-stocked on 5th October @ 7pm, and all these orders will be DISPATCHED the FOLLOWING Monday - 12th October, for delivery on 13th October.

There will be a LIMITED quantity of just 80 pizzas, so you will have to be quick!

We have also re-introduced FREE DELIVERY.

A little update on what’s going on here at Craving Crust…

‼️ DIY orders are currently suspended whilst we review and look into a more viable business model

🍕 Hot food will no longer be served from the unit due to low demand

🌾 The only place to buy our food will be at gluten free food festivals (Still Reading, Milton Keynes, Cardiff and Manchester to come this year) and other events we have already committed to.

So after I threw a wobbly the other night, I’ve had a lot of lovely messages emails and texts from some of our customers, and it’s really meant a lot.

Furthermore I’ve also had a lot of feedback re stopping DIY pizzas, and it’s clear how much they mean to you all, which I honestly didn’t realise. This coupled with the record sales day we had yesterday has made me feel pretty bad about stopping the service.

Looking back, the other night it felt everyone was against me, but I guess that’s just me overthinking things because of what’s going on in my life at the moment. I have really tried to not let my personal matters affect business, and I was doing ok until Tuesday night, and I apologise for the way I handled the situation.

Being coeliac myself, I have a lot of passion for this business, what I do, and what I hope to do for fellow coeliacs and the gluten intolerant. I have put a lot into this business just not financially, but emotionally and physically, because it means a lot to me. I want to show people that being coeliac isn’t *as* bad as they perhaps once thought.

I am continuing to research ways of making DIY pizzas financially viable, and also how to work towards providing a more reliable and friendly service with better communication, but whilst this happens, we will be stopping orders and taking a break from DIY pizzas, with the last dispatch date being Weds 9th September.
