Dear Calverton Community and Customers of 360,
I would like to personally apologise for the recent closure of 360 and clarify what happened, as I am aware there may have been some rumours and misunderstanding.
As the owner of 360, I want to be completely transparent with our customers and local community. The closure was caused by our water supply being incorrectly disconnected by the water company without prior notice. I personally spent five days working with them to resolve the issue, and following our complaint, the water was restored and we received a written apology confirming the disconnection was made in error.
I also want to make it clear that the closure had nothing to do with an inability to settle any debts. We are pursuing the appropriate avenues regarding the losses and disruption caused. I sincerely apologise to everyone who had bookings with us and was inconvenienced. Those affected have been offered a discount on their next visit, and we genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding.
I would also like to apologise to customers who have received parking tickets. I have personally dealt with this issue and can confirm that the parking system is no longer active.
We recognise the impact these issues have had on our neighbouring businesses, particularly the car wash. We are now working together on discounts and joint initiatives to support both businesses and our local customers.
As the owner, I want 360 to be more than just a restaurant. I want it to be part of the Calverton community, and I genuinely value your feedback and support. We may not always get everything right, but I will always listen and do my best to put things right.
Thank you to everyone who has continued to support us during what has been a challenging period. Your support means a great deal to me and the whole 360 team.
We look forward to welcoming you back.
Kind regards,
Kiran Ghuman, Owner
