What a fantastic evening we had on Saturday celebrating the landlord’s birthday! 🎉

It was the first time we’ve had a live singer at the pub for as long as we can remember, and stepping in at such short notice, we can’t thank .music enough. She was absolutely brilliant! 🎶

We received so many lovely comments about how amazing she was, and we couldn’t agree more. Thank you to everyone who came along and helped make it such a memorable night.

Keep your eyes peeled for more events like this in the future—we think it was a huge success, and we can’t wait to do it again! 🍻

URGENT - 🚨 Unfortunately the singer tonight Jon Parry has cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

🌞 Sunday Update 🌞

With temperatures set to reach 31°C this Sunday, we’ve made the decision not to serve our traditional roast dinners this week to help reduce food waste.

Over the past couple of hot weekends, we’ve noticed that many of our customers have been choosing lighter options, cold dishes, and meals from our main menu instead of a roast. With that in mind, we feel this is the best decision.

We’ll still be open as usual for food from 12pm–5pm, with our full main menu available—just no roast dinners this Sunday.

Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you! ☀️🍴

BRB.. the landlord is busy getting engaged in Cornwall. Just encase he needed any other reason to celebrate on Saturday!

Don’t forget this Saturday 11th July we will be having the live singer in the garden to celebrate the landlords birthday (and now engagement 😂 because why not!). The weather is looking promising! The time might be bought forward due to the football so watch this space!
