This weeks specials at Hove, George Street are going to make you happy! We went for the baked goats cheese with roasted squash, caramelised red onion, pear and jalapeno salsa with roasted walnuts and also the cauliflower steak with hazlenut romesco, salsa verde, dukkah and fresh herb salad! Absolutely delicious!

And it’s a goodbye to our gorgeous Kate until we meet again! You came back last time and we know you will come back again although we may have to wait a little longer this time! We are so proud of these two! They smashed it in the kitchen yesterday - alone! They are our young ones who are already showing so much passion and commitment and taking everything on that Laura Karall, Tom and Orson teach them! Martha has been with us for a year now after working at the lovely Shoreline cafe, and Fergus worked as a kp in Preston Road before going off travelling. After his travels he started his chef career under Laura!
