I absolutely loved teaming up with Rob at Elliot’s to make their scones for their afternoon teas going to JCT 🎉 scones are my favourite thing to make so of course I said yes! 🧑‍🍳

Last week, the Elliott's team had the absolute pleasure of catering for JCT600 as they celebrated a momentous milestone: their 80th birthday!

We were trusted to create over 150 individual afternoon teas for their incredible staff. The team and I absolutely rose to the occasion, putting our hearts into making this milestone birthday extra special.

As the owner of Elliott's, being chosen to cater for such a prestigious company is a true honor, and definitely a highlight of my journey so far.

A massive thank you to Miss Butterfinger's for supplying the spectacularly tasty scones. When it comes to baking, there is truly no one better! Here's to many more colabs 🍰🧁🍰🧁
