One of the best feelings is when all the planning finally comes to life.

After nearly two months of tasting, refining recipes, designing the menu, and perfecting every presentation, today we finally started cooking at Makai Beach. From this moment on… it’s real.

We began with breakfast, and we’re excited to introduce our Makai Florentine Eggs Benedict – a delicious twist on the classic Eggs Benedict, featuring perfectly poached eggs, fresh sautéed spinach on a toasted English muffin, finished with our silky homemade Hollandaise sauce.

At Makai, just like in every restaurant within the La Scala Group, we believe in homemade cooking, fresh organic ingredients, generous portions and uncompromising quality. Everything is prepared fresh, every single day, with the same passion that defines all of our restaurants.

Imagine starting your morning just a few metres from the sea, listening to the waves and enjoying breakfast in the sunshine. Big things are happening at Makai Beach! 🌊

In cooperation with the local municipality, we’re helping clean and improve the beachfront to create an even more beautiful, cleaner and more enjoyable coastline for everyone.

Our team is working hard behind the scenes, and we’re excited to announce that our soft opening is planned for July 24th. We’ll begin accepting bookings from the end of July, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
