April Update! ☀️💛

Lieve gasten,
Na een zeer drukke, maar vooral ontzettend gezellige periode sluiten wij volgende week onze deuren voor een weekje vakantie. Ons team heeft keihard gewerkt en deze rust meer dan verdiend. Om te voorkomen dat jullie voor een dichte deur staan: wij zijn gesloten vanaf aanstaande dinsdag 14 april. Vanaf dinsdag 21 april staan wij weer met veel energie voor jullie klaar en zijn wij weer geopend.

In de tussentijd blijven wij natuurlijk gewoon bereikbaar. Reserveren kan eenvoudig via onze website, maar ook via WhatsApp of een privébericht op onze social media kanalen.

Daarnaast kunnen wij alvast aankondigen dat we de laatste hand leggen aan onze vernieuwde menukaart. Zoals jullie van ons gewend zijn introduceren wij elk seizoen vernieuwde gerechten. Na onze vakantie starten wij met onze vernieuwde menukaart met veel zomerse gerechten. Onze klassiekers en het wekelijks wisselende Chef’s Menu blijven uiteraard gewoon bestaan.

Jullie zijn weer op de hoogte! Hopelijk zien we jullie snel weer bij ons aan tafel.

April Update! ☀️💛

Dear guests,
After a very busy, but above all wonderful and enjoyable period, we will be closing our doors next week for a short holiday. Our team has worked incredibly hard and has truly earned this time to rest. To make sure you don’t find yourselves standing in front of a closed door: we will be closed from Tuesday, April 14. From Tuesday, April 21, we will be back and ready to welcome you again with lots of energy.

In the meantime, we remain available as usual. You can easily make a reservation via our website, but also through WhatsApp or a private message on our social media channels.

We are also excited to share that we are putting the final touches on our renewed menu. As you are used to from us, we introduce new dishes every season. After our holiday, we will launch our updated menu, featuring many fresh and summery dishes. Our classics and our weekly changing Chef’s Menu will of course remain available.

You’re all up to date! We hope to welcome you again at our table very soon.

Lux 22 – Update ✨💛

Lieve gasten,
Graag delen wij weer een kleine update, zodat jullie als volgers en trouwe gasten op de hoogte blijven van alles wat er bij ons gebeurt.

Allereerst willen wij onze dankbaarheid uitspreken voor alle lovende reacties en online beoordelingen die wij de afgelopen periode weer kregen. Vorige maand hebben wij een prachtige mijlpaal bereikt: 500 vijfsterrenbeoordelingen op Tripadvisor. Daar zijn wij natuurlijk enorm trots op. Alle reviews lezen wij met veel plezier en wij plaatsen altijd een persoonlijke reactie 💛

Daarnaast blijven wij het belang van tijdig reserveren benadrukken. Ons restaurant zit vrijwel iedere avond vol en dagelijks moeten wij helaas gasten teleurstellen omdat wij geen tafels meer beschikbaar hebben. Reserveren kan eenvoudig via onze website, via WhatsApp of door een privébericht te sturen op onze social media kanalen.

Tot slot nog een kleine huishoudelijke mededeling: vanwege Carnaval in Maspalomas zijn wij aanstaande vrijdag en zaterdag gesloten. Wij wensen iedereen een fantastisch en feestelijk carnaval toe! 💃🕺

Lux 22 – Update✨💛

Dear guests,

We would like to share another small update with you, so that you as our followers and loyal guests stay informed about everything that is happening at our restaurant.

First of all, we would like to express our gratitude for all the wonderful reactions and online reviews we have received recently. Last month we reached a beautiful milestone: 500 five-star reviews on Tripadvisor. We are, of course, incredibly proud of this. We read every review with great pleasure and always try to respond personally 💛

We would also like to emphasize the importance of making a reservation in advance. Our restaurant is almost fully booked every evening, and unfortunately we have to disappoint guests on a daily basis because we no longer have tables available. Reservations can easily be made via our website, via WhatsApp, or by sending us a private message on our social media channels.

Finally, a small notice: due to Carnival in Maspalomas, we will be closed this coming Friday and Saturday. We wish everyone a fantastic and festive Carnival! 💃🕺

Lux 22 – three years 💛💛💛

Vandaag blazen wij als team drie kaarsjes uit. Een moment om even bij stil te staan. Precies drie jaar geleden begonnen wij aan onze droom en vandaag de dag leven wij in die droom.

Wat overheerst is dankbaarheid. Dankbaar voor alle liefdevolle avonden met onze gasten, dankbaar voor de inzet en motivatie van ons fantastische team en dankbaar dat wij samen Lux 22 hebben mogen laten uitgroeien tot wat het nu is. Dat is mede dankzij jullie 💛

Wij hopen dit nog vele jaren samen te mogen doen. We kijken ernaar uit om nieuwe gasten te verwelkomen en onze vaste gasten opnieuw een onvergetelijke culinaire avond te bezorgen.

Goodbye 2025! 💛✨

Wauw… met een dankbaar en trots gevoel kijken wij terug op de afgelopen dagen. Op vier momenten mochten wij samen met jullie Kerst vieren. We zijn overladen met liefdevolle woorden over onze gerechten, de service en de ruimte om samen herinneringen te maken. Dat maakt ons blij en bevestigt dat we samen de juiste dingen doen.

Het waren voor ons intensieve dagen, met vele uren aan voorbereiding. Maar het plezier dat we bij jullie zagen, maakte alles meer dan de moeite waard. De glimlachen en de gesprekken aan tafel gaven ons ontzettend veel energie!

Met datzelfde gevoel sluiten we ook 2025 af. Ons derde jaar Lux 22. Een jaar van groei, vertrouwen en steeds weer de bevestiging dat deze droom leeft, dankzij jullie 💛

Dank aan iedereen die ons heeft gesteund, bijzondere momenten bij ons vierde, prachtige reacties en recensies achterliet en ons het vertrouwen gaf. Wow… with grateful and proud hearts, we look back on the past few days. On four special occasions, we had the pleasure of celebrating Christmas together with you. We were overwhelmed by the kind words about our dishes, the service, and the space to create memories together. It truly makes us happy and confirms that we are doing the right things together.

These were intense days for us, with many hours of preparation. But the joy we saw at your tables made it all more than worthwhile. The smiles and conversations shared gave us so much energy!

Ons team is druk bezig met de voorbereidingen voor de kerstdagen. Het restaurant is inmiddels sfeervol versierd met prachtige kerstdecoraties en we kunnen bijna niet wachten om samen met jullie de feestdagen te vieren.

100 dagen tot Kerst 🎄✨

Heel voorzichtig kijken wij alweer uit naar de mooiste tijd van het jaar; Kerst. Het duurt nog even, maar wij kunnen niet wachten! Zoals jullie van ons gewend zijn, beleef je Kerst in een unieke sfeer met culinair genot bij Lux 22. Ons restaurant wordt in stijl aangekleed en wij serveren een speciaal kerstmenu. Dit jaar hebben wij opnieuw iets bijzonders voor jullie samengesteld:

✨ 6-gangen diner op 24, 25 en 26 december
Inclusief een welkomstdrankje van het huis & verrassende amuse. Start om 19.00 uur. Let op! Voor 24 en 25 december zijn nog maar enkele tafels beschikbaar.

✨ Kerstlunch op 25 december
Een unieke 3-gangen lunch, start om 12.30 uur.

Onze chefs zijn nu al druk met het samenstellen van het menu. Chef Jorden gaf ons alvast een voorproefje van het tussengerecht: Gemarineerde lamsrack met aardappelpuree en kruidige saus (zie foto). Dat was smullen!

Zoals ieder jaar verwachten wij veel belangstelling. Reserveer dus tijdig, zodat wij teleurstellingen kunnen voorkomen. Wij kijken er enorm naar uit om samen met jullie een onvergetelijke Kerst 2025 te vieren!

100 Days Until Christmas 🎄✨

We are already looking forward to the most wonderful time of the year: Christmas. It may still be a little while, but we simply cannot wait! As you know, Christmas at Lux 22 is all about a unique atmosphere and culinary delight. Our restaurant will be beautifully decorated, and we will be serving a very special festive menu. This year, we have once again created something truly special for you:

✨ 6-course Christmas Dinner on December 24th, 25th & 26th
Including a welcome drink from the house & a surprising amuse-bouche. Starts at 19:00.

Our chefs are already busy creating the menu. Chef Jorden gave us a little preview of the intermediate course: marinated lamb rack with potato purée and a flavorful herb sauce (see photo). It was absolutely delicious!
