My new favourite cake to date. I know you shouldn't play favourites amongst your babies, but this one is just special. 🤍
First oval cake order, and hopefully not the last one. If I were to get married again, I would want a cake like this one for my wedding, that's for sure!
Layers of apple cider, caramel, goats curd & almond. 🍎

I said it before and I say it again, I love that fruit is being used more and more as decoration on wedding cakes. The brief was yellow and orange fruit, coconut and a little bit of island vibe. Inside are layers of coconut, mango and white chocolate. 🥭

This was the review I got after the big day: WOW for en kage! Tak for den flotteste bryllupskage, der havde total wow effekt blandt både os og vores gæster. Og så smagte den ovenikøbet så dejlig!
