It’s been a little over a week since we posted our video, and we still can’t believe the response. More than 113,000 people have watched it… and honestly, we’re speechless.
We want to thank everyone who has reached out, sent us a message, or shared their support. We’ve read every single message, many of them more than once, and they’ve all touched us deeply. We’re sorry we haven’t been able to reply to everyone, but the amount of love and support has been overwhelming.
One thing we’ve realized is that we weren’t just a coffee shop. We created a space where people felt welcome. A place where people felt they belonged. And knowing that we meant something to so many people is something we’ll always be grateful for. It truly means the world to us.
We know this video won’t change Natacha’s case. But if it helps even one person avoid going through what she has been through, then it has served a purpose. Because something needs to change. Right now, legal certainty and the rule of law don’t feel like a reality in Denmark, and we’ll continue to do everything we can to fight for change.
Over the past few days, we’ve also been talking about starting a podcast. We’d love to share our story, not just this chapter, but the whole journey of building a business, and how we somehow ended up becoming the “power couple” so many people have started calling us. We’d also love to invite guests to share their own stories. Maybe we’ll talk about the system. Maybe about coffee. Maybe about entrepreneurship. Or maybe something completely different. We’re still figuring it out.
But one thing we do know is this: we’re not giving up. We’re not losing hope.
