2015 I got chosen to roast and arrange the coffees for World Cupping Championship. A triagular competion where each National Champion have 8 min to choose the odd cup out of 3 in a set of 8. The year after again in Budapest. And this time Alexandru Niculae was i charge roasting the coffee and me organizing the cups behind the stage. Lars Thier front stage manager.
Time goes quick - and sometimes "a moment has to be remembered" as a milestone - to where you are today.

jeg fik lov til at spørge Ellen hvad det var der gjorde hun tog bussen ind fra Ebeltoft til Aarhus hver dag. Jeg har kunder i alle aldersgrupper- lige fra de bliver født, hvor jeg har oplevet dem blive teenager. Det gør mig glad. Mit hjem hvor jeg får lov til at byde på kaffe. Det er lidt magisk ikke.❤️
