It’s in moments like these that we pause to acknowledge what truly stands behind it all : the intention, the discipline, and the countless hours of work that shaped this journey.

LOXA is a 22-seat restaurant with an open kitchen, where service is carried by just four induction cooktops and a single oven. Within these constraints, we chose not the easier path, but the more demanding one… to pursue precision, creativity, and the highest possible expression of quality in every detail.

Our menu evolves every three months, guided by seasonality and purpose. Most ingredients are sourced daily, selected specifically for each service, to preserve freshness and integrity at the highest level.

We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to the head chef of Adar Kaplan-Mor, who has been with us from the very beginning of this journey. Together, we have faced every challenge along the way and continue side by side into this year. It has never been an easy path.. the dishes were complex, and neither time nor space ever allowed for simplicity. Still, we remained committed to giving our absolute best in every moment. This is definitely you moment and your reward Adar kaplan-mor

We are deeply grateful to everyone who has supported us so far. This is only the beginning of what we hope to build.
We remain here, continuing to pursue a standard of quality that reflects both respect for the product and for those we serve..
at the value it deserves!

On Sunday, 21 June, LOXA comes alive for a very special edition of Fête de la Musique - celebrated the LOXA way.

Our beloved band, .and.the.qds , will set the mood with vibrant rhythms, guitars and Laila ZoEL ‘s crystal voice, creating the soundtrack for an unforgettable summer gathering.

At the same day, we are also welcoming two guest chefs from Eleni | Chef | Culinary Content Creator , who will present a fresh, modern & seasonal menu designed exclusively for LOXA. Creative, approachable & full of flavor, this collaboration brings exceptional gastronomy to everyone. A small warning: their last appearance sold out completely❗️

Pop-ups are generally hard to organize, difficult to source all the ingredients for, and almost impossible to prepare when a restaurant is also running its regular menu.
