In case you haven't heard, legendary Montreal chefs Theo Lerikos () + Nick Bray () of are coming to The County for a special one-night-only dinner with Executive Chef Amanada Ray (). ⁠

Chef Lerikos is the Executive Chef + Owner of and a passionate forager, with a deep appreciation for the ingredients found just beyond the kitchen door. He brings a thoughtful, ingredient-driven approach to his cooking, letting what’s fresh, local and in season shape what lands on the plate. ⁠
⁠
Chef Bray, CDC at Tuck Shop, has built his career in some of the most reputable kitchens, from working alongside Chef Antonio Park to honing his craft at Liverpool House. Today, he brings that experience to Tuck Shop, developing his own approach to creative, ingredient-driven cooking. ⁠

Expect harvest vegetables, wild foraged mushrooms, hard-to-find ingredients, and seasonal flavours. The evening includes welcome bubbles + three passed canapés, followed by a four-course dinner.
