Charnivore started out as a hobby and it quickly went wild as people appreciated what we were trying to do. Thank-you! Just as charnivore grew so did our responsibilities with our real, full time jobs. We thought we could still bring you bbq on at least long weekends but real life is getting in the way. We are very sorry to say that we are done at the vineyard for the season. If you were coming to see us still come for a wonderful weekend in the county, but we are sorry we will miss you! A beautiful day to come and picnic under the maples. Fresh grilled asparagus with a pinot ginger glaze is a tasty side to any of our smoked delicacies! Hope to see some fans and make some new ones today!
