Life moves in seasons, and after closing the doors on Ixim Café Bistro, we are stepping into a vibrant new chapter as Ixim Collective.
Ixim Collective meets at the intersection of land, food, and culture. We are evolving into a beautifully envisioned and curated gathering space Domaine Équinoxe centered around community, reciprocity, and coming back to the hearth.

Community Kitchen: Processing the local abundance around us to nourish our families and selves.
Ancestral Culinary Workshops & Learning: Reconnecting with the land, ancient staples, and the growers who tend the hearth and plant our food.

Farm-to-Table Prepared Meals:
Weekly menu, healthy, nourishing meals designed to simplify your life—helping you return to what matters most: family and the timeless tradition of the family dinner table.
(Weekly menu available to order until Saturday, 12pm for Sunday Pick up at 3pm)
We honor the seeds we keep, plant, water and tend with a vision of the world where everyone has enough nourishment—body, heart, and spirit.
I am deeply grateful and honored to be welcomed to cook and gather at Domaine Equinox, a beautiful gathering place that is shared with amazing people & projects.

Having landed in this special community over 17 years ago, it is an honour to return to what I love most: feeding our community and fostering deep connections between our bodies and land, the land we live on, and the lands we come from.
