Estrella Damm on tap - crisp, bready, brewed with rice. Matsu El Pícaro on the shelf - a bold, youthful Spanish red wine from the D.O. Toro region. It is the youngest entry in a famous "trilogy" of wines by Bodega Matsu, where each bottle's label features a portrait representing a different generation of viticulturists.

Ferris began with a leap of faith and a love for hospitality.
In 1989, Tom came home and said, “I bought a café.”

Not long after, he came home again and said, “I bought a restaurant.”
On February 4, 1991, the doors opened to Ferris.

35 years later, we’re proud to celebrate the legacy Tom and Sandy built and grateful to everyone who’s been part of the story along the way.
