Just in time for some cozy weather at Bray’s, a few dishes have a new look.

Beet Salad - Whipped ricotta, toasted hazelnut, pickled fennel.
Burrata - Squash, purple chard, apple, pumpkin seed, sage vinaigrette.
Gnocchi - Myca Farms wild mushrooms, leeks, pine nuts, Grana Padano.
Beef Cheek Tacos - MAiiZ corn tortillas, queso, pickled cabbage, serrano pepper.
