Join us as we come together to honour Residential School Survivors, their families, and communities, and to recognize the ongoing impacts of residential schools.

📅 September 30
🕛 Walk begins at 12:00 PM
📍 Gather across from the Sooke Region Museum

Together, we will walk to Edward Milne Community School (EMCS), where the afternoon will continue with cultural performances, Indigenous vendors, community connections, and food trucks.

Orange Shirt Day is a time for reflection, learning, remembrance, and reconciliation. We invite community members of all ages to walk alongside us as we honour the message that every child is important.

Wear your orange shirt and join us in solidarity.
