This week’s Break Even Bottle is Doña Jimena Rosa Blanco, a wild berry-infused tequila. On the nose, cooked agave meets fresh wild berries. The palate is smooth and medium-bodied with a sweet fruitiness, followed by a crisp, clean finish where agave and berry notes come together.

This week’s Break Even Bottle is Fusion Cask, a single malt finished in one-of-a-kind casks created by dismantling and reassembling first-fill rum and bourbon barrels.

The result is a rich, fruit-forward Scotch with notes of apricot, peach, fresh apple, and toffee-covered banana, layered with vanilla custard, caramel, coconut, and a touch of cinnamon spice. Sweet and smooth on the finish, with lingering orange.

Available by the ounce until the bottle runs dry 🥃

This week’s Break Even Bottle takes us to Islay with .distillery 12 Year Old Single Malt. Fresh citrus leads the way, followed by a hint of smoke and olive oil. The palate is pleasantly sweet with a light smokiness, finishing long with a touch of salt.
