Last call at the Pizza Shack
It’s with a whole lot of mixed emotions that we’re announcing the Pizza Shack at Junction Cidery is closing up shop. Our last day will be Monday, September 7th, 2026.
We are so beyond grateful for our time here. The Junction crew has become like family to us, and closing this chapter feels like leaving a place that raised us a little — we are walking out different than we walked in, and grateful for every bit of it.
And to all of our regulars and your pups — thank you. You made this place feel like home, and we are going to miss seeing your faces (and paws) every week more than we can put into words.
But here’s the thing — you’re not getting rid of us that easy. We’re pouring all of our love and energy into catering, pop-ups, and markets, which means you’ll be seeing a lot more of us, not less. Local markets, your favorite events, and yes — Junction too. We’ll just be visiting instead of living here.
Speaking of catering — our books are officially open! If you’ve been thinking about booking us for a wedding, holiday party, or “just because we love pizza” event, now’s the time to reach out.
If you’ve got gift cards or discount cards sitting in a drawer somewhere — don’t worry, we’ve still got you. We’ll honor those at our markets and pop-ups, or we’re happy to apply them to a catering booking.
So come see us before September 7th. Get one more slice, give us a hug, bring the pup for one last crust, and tell us your favorite Pizza Shack memory. Bring tissues. Or don’t, and just blame it on allergies.
