Food at events should do more than look beautiful.
It should move through a room effortlessly, invite conversation, and feel as considered as every other part of the experience.
For the 3rd Annual Delta Firefighters Mayor’s Charity Ball, the menu was designed to carry guests through the evening — from passed canapés during cocktail hour to a refined three-course dinner and thoughtful late-night touches.
Beef tartare with chili and black garlic aioli. House baked gougères with prosciutto and smoked ash aioli. Beef tenderloin with mushroom soy demi. Forged king oyster mushrooms with fried Enoki blossoms and polenta. An apple dessert layered with cinnamon spice shortbread, caramel ganache montée, and bourbon crème anglaise.
Every course contributing to the atmosphere of the room, not just the plate itself.
