Meet our Original Pearl Sugar Liège Waffle 🇧🇪

Unlike our classic Belgian Brussels waffle, a Liège waffle is made with a rich, buttery brioche-style dough and authentic pearl sugar. As it bakes, the pearl sugar caramelizes, creating a waffle that’s crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, with little pockets of caramelized sweetness in every bite.

This is how Liège waffles have been enjoyed in Belgium for generations, warm and fresh from the iron.
