Tapas at Embrujo Originally established in 1972 , Tapas at Embrujo brings the tastes and sounds of Spain to Toronto. A hot bed for Flamenco , Spanish arts and cuisine.

From Cordoba, Spain Chef Jose Salgado has been featured in various prominent tv stations and shows such as the Food Network, Breakfast Television, Telelatino and many others he also has gathered multiple awards, Chef Salgado's rustic style of flavour and presentation pushes forward the idea of focusing on staying true to the authentic tapas experience, as a whole. By coupling authentic Spanish tap

as classics like tortilla de patatas, Gambas al ajillo and paella with the accompaniment of weekly traditional Spanish Flamenco entertainment, who are brought in from Spain, the experience is as authentic as you can get without actually traveling to Spain yourself.
