The craft beer movement was born out of a yearning for something more than the bland lager that has dominated the beer market for the past hundred years. Our independent craft brewing forefathers pushed the limits of what beer could be. Today, craft brewers continue to imagine beers with bold character, complex profiles and a fullness of flavour. We strive to continue along the path of exploring t

he limits of beer flavour, while challenging the false dichotomy that beer exists in one of two classes: flavourful or drinkable. We strive to craft beers that are both full of flavour and make us want to have another. As a small brewery and tasting room, we intend to experiment with different brewing styles, unique ingredients and innovative techniques, but we will always have a heavy focus on the specific styles of beer that we enjoy to brew and drink. We believe these to be hop-forward beers that emphasize hop aroma and flavour over hop bitterness, as well as saison and mixed-fermentation farmhouse style beers that are dry, effervescent and intriguingly complex. We hold balance and drinkability to be the goals that we strive for in the beers that we create.

Hiring for multiple serving positions at Rorschach Brewing Co.; we’re looking for dynamic personalities with a strong work ethic! Craft beer knowledge is a plus, but not required as long as you’re excited to learn.

Open availability is prefered, but more specifically we have a high need on Saturdays through Tuesdays. We will be conducting interviews July 15-19, with start dates as early as July 20. London Haze - Earl Grey IPA (6.5 % ABV)

Inspired by the gloom of late winter and early spring, this beer marries the warmth of the fireplace and cozy chair with the noisy merriment of the brewpub. Notes of floral bergamot float above a robust current of hazy IPA hops and citrus, washing the palate in a perfect transatlantic union of flavour. Drink up - it’s tea time somewhere!

😻9️⃣🥳 NINE LIVES ANNIVERSARY RELEASE 9 of 9 🥳9️⃣😻

NINE LIVES: NONUPLE DRY-HOPPED OCTUPLE IPA, 11.9% ABV

We wanted to do something extra special for our ninth anniversary, so we figured we’d bring together nine of our friends, and some awesome IPA brewers, to create this excessively hop forward, tropical fruity Nonuple Dry-Hopped Octuple IPA. It has nine different hop varieties, selected by our friends, to push the limits of hop saturation. Here’s hoping we didn’t use up our ninth life with this one.

We figured we’d even add the lot numbers and hop varietals onto the can so you can have a sneak peak into our deliberations. Nine breweries, nine dry-hops and hopped at a rate of 11lbs/bbl equivalent with hops and extracted hop oils, this is by far the biggest, most hop saturated beer we’ve ever made!

EXTRA SAUCE NUGZ: WEST COAST DIPA w/ TERPENES, 8% ABV

Brewed with pilsner malt and hopped with Idaho 7 and Simcoe, we wanted to lean into the West Coast vibes of a citrusy and dank Double IPA and then top it off with even more dank and sticky Grapefruit Kush terpene character. We think this beer will have you craving some late-night munchies.

FLASH FORWARD: HOP SATURATED LAGER, 8% ABV

Brewed for our 9th Anniversary celebrations, we’ve been experimenting with different fermentation strategies in an effort to accentuate fruity hop flavour and we believe that we have a breakthrough. Fermented with our house lager yeast, we pushed the limits of yeast-hop interaction to drive towards a tropical and juicy hop saturated character and a smooth but crisp finish.

NUGZ SHACK: QUADRUPLE IPA w/ TERPENES, 11% ABV

Brewed with an abundance of oats and wheat, hopped with Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, NZ Cascade & Southern Cross and conditioned further on Pink RNTZ Terpenes from . This QIPA w/ Terpenes drips with fully saturated tropical and stone fruity hop character, a crazy smooth body and dank, sticky terpene notes to blur the lines between two of our favourite plants in the Cannabaceae family.

Brewed with pilsner malt and hopped with Simcoe, El Dorado and Idaho 7 Cryo. Notes of orange candy, tropical fruit, citrus zest and resinous pine. Clean and crisp with a prominent bitterness and abundant hop character!
