Hola Maderas Fam
It is with a lot of surprise, shock and immense excitement that we write this message to you all, and share the news that we are moving away from Maderas the coffee shop.
456 ossington - Our cafe has been a neighbourhood hub for everyone that came and supported us throughout the years.
It was December 23, 2018 (what a great Christmas present lolllll) when we made the decision to start our own coffee shop to support our family’s coffee business and farm, creating an awesome symbiotic relationship to help us grow our business and with that also help the progress and development of the farm as an exportation coffee company.
Coming full circle we close our doors five years to the day that we decided to embark on this adventure. Our last day of operations at 456 ossington will be December 22nd.
We will be focus on distribution, in which we will still be supplying coffee to all of your favourite coffee shops restaurants and bars, in addition to our monthly subscription which is always carefully selected to showcase the freshest farm to cup beans the city has to offer.
With all of that being said, we wanted to let all of you know that we thank you for checking us out our first year when we were open 6:30am-6pm or the ones during Covid (where hours of the day didn’t matter) we thank you all for making the time to come by our little coffee shop and enjoy the freshest beans from Colombia!
We hope to catch you all in the new year either through our monthly coffee subscription or at one of the coffee shops, restaurants or bars that we will still be serving our delicious beans to!
