Emma’s Country Kitchen is looking for a passionate Line Cook to join our crew! We LOVE brunch and have been a staple of the St. Clair West community for nearly 14 years. If you’re an early riser who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to join a tight-knit, supportive team, we want to hear from you.

The Details
* Wage: $26.00 per hour
* Schedule: Friday through Monday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (4 days/week)
* Location: St. Clair West, Toronto

What You’ll Do
* Execute menu items with precision, following established recipes, portion sizes, and procedures.
* Manage a high-volume station (we serve 400–500 covers a day!) while keeping it clean and organized.
* Handle prep, batch recipes, and maintain strict food rotation/freshness standards.
* Collaborate with the cook team and assist with periodic dishwashing shifts as needed.
* Maintain a sanitary and safe workspace at all times.

What You Bring
* Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a line cook position.
* Certifications: A valid Food Handler Certificate.
* Mindset: You are reliable, punctual, and a genuine "morning person."
* Pace: You enjoy the rush of a high-volume service and work well under pressure.
