The CHASKA concept is inspired by the sights, sounds and flavours of the truck stops (dhabas), food carts, and open air markets of India. At CHASKA, we personally craft your choice of a kathi roll, salad bowl, or rice bowl, and customize it just for you using charcoal grilled proteins and vegetables. We also offer a wide array of Indian street food classics, such as pav bhaji and chaat. All of our

meat is halal, and vegan and gluten-free options are identified on our menu. We offer a different take on Indian food that is both delicious and fresh, prepared daily in-store using savoury spices, with refreshing herbs and marinades in place of rich and heavy sauces. We source all of our ingredients directly through farmers and local suppliers who raise and prepare foods with care and responsibility. Our meats are never frozen and are raised without the use of hormones or steroids. All of our recipes have been developed with passion, and spiced to perfection. We invite you to be a food explorer at CHASKA, and make Indian street food your obsession.
