Margherita with Pesto is our feature this week. Lots of our housemade tomato sauce with fresh mozzarella. After the bake it is topped with our house Pesto, made with pumpkin seeds instead of pine nuts. It’s so bright and fresh and perfect for this steamy weather.

This weeks special is the perfect bright, summery pizza. We start with our ricotta garlic cream, top it with fresh and aged mozzarella and marinated cherry tomatoes. Once it’s out of the oven we top it with lightly dressed Clearwater Farm arugula and pecorino.
