Some special moments from the x event at Bar Banane last week.
We had the pleasure of hosting a truly exceptional evening led by the charming Grégoire Doulain. The event was a delightful exploration of the rich history and intricate artistry of caviar.
For over 40 years, Kaviari has been selecting the finest caviars and seafood from the source. The grains are refined in their Paris laboratories, then packaged in numbered tins. Each case is unique, each caviar an invitation to pleasure, each tasting a pure moment of delectation, magical, sensual, unforgettable.
Thanks to its finely selected caviars, Kaviari now supplies a number of Michelin-starred chefs in France, but also in Canada.
The key to its success: a range of farmed caviars worthy of the finest wild caviars, whose different varieties and taste qualities perfectly meet the demands of connoisseurs.
