Last year’s pasta classes reminded us why we love doing this so much. Flour on the tables, hands learning something new, lots of laughs, and a room full of people slowing down just enough to make pasta properly 🍝

Every class is a little different, but the goal is always the same: good ingredients, real technique, and an experience that feels approachable—not intimidating.
