Behind The Spread — Ep. 2
We officially moved into our new production space.
No movers. No big crew. Just our team, a few cars, a new filling machine, way too much equipment, and a very expensive to-do list.
It’s messy, stressful, and honestly a little chaotic — but it also feels like Lena’s Dips is growing up.
And through all of it, the goal hasn’t changed: to make food that feels generous. The kind of food my mom Lena made people feel — taken care of, with no shortcuts.
We’re building something real, one spread at a time.
