🎉 TWO YEARS OF POUTINE SHACK!

This week marks a pretty special milestone for us.
Two years ago, we opened the Poutine Shack window for the very first time at Smithers Brewing Co.
We really didn’t know what to expect that day. The reception was overwhelming, and somehow, the support and love we’ve received since then has only grown stronger. ❤️
Looking back, the best part of owning Poutine Shack isn’t just serving poutine. It’s everything that happens around it.
It’s seeing someone’s reaction when they walk away with their first-ever real poutine.
It’s watching families and friends sit down together, share a meal, laugh and make memories.
It’s the regulars who show up time and time again, sharing a story, catching up with us, or sometimes just popping by to say hi.
Poutine is something we grew up with. It’s simple, comforting, and deeply French-Canadian. Being able to take something that means so much to us and share it with communities all across Northern BC has been an incredible experience.
So, as we celebrate two years of Poutine Shack, we just want to say THANK YOU.
Thank you to everyone who has ever waited in line for our poutine.
Thank you to everyone who has followed the truck from town to town.
Thank you to the families, the regulars, the first-timers, the event organizers, the businesses that welcome us, and everyone who has told a friend, shared a post, left us a review or simply stopped by for a poutine.
❤️ You’ve helped turn the Poutine Shack into something we’re incredibly proud of.
And we’re only getting started.

We’re taking the week off this week, BUT we couldn’t let our anniversary go by without doing something special.
