We are forever grateful for the relationships we’ve built with the people who grow, raise, and harvest the vegetables, herbs, fruit, flour, meat, and fish that inspire our menus, fuel our creativity, and remind us every day why we love what we do. Their passion and dedication are reflected in every dish we serve
Yesterday, we had the privilege of cooking a family-style feast alongside Farm One Forty, whose vegetables, beef, lamb, and pork have become an integral part of our kitchen and our menus, as guests joined us on their beautiful farm for a bountiful dinner and farm gathering. Collaborations like these remind us of the connection between the seasons, the people, and the place where our food begins

Sometimes fatherhood looks like this: a sleeping baby cradled in one arm, a morning coffee poured with the other. Holding tomorrow while tending to today.

Thank you for teaching us how to build what matters, mend what is broken, carry more than we ever imagined possible, and provide not only with your hands, but with your heart. You show us that strength can be gentle, that patience is a form of wisdom, and that the quietest examples often leave the deepest mark.

You plant curiosity. You teach us to ask questions, to try again when we fail, and to trust that the most meaningful things are made slowly—with care, persistence, and love.

You are the steady presence we turn to when life is abundant and when it unravels. You remind us that love is rarely found in grand gestures, but in the simple act of showing up, day after day.

Today we celebrate the fathers whose greatest work is often unseen, yet felt in every life they've shaped. Thank you for helping us become who we are.
