4 Elements is now in Edmonton ππ₯ππ¨
This immersive dining experience originated in Hong Kong and has launched its first North American debut at Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel inside HALO Bar | Bistro. My experience was hosted.
This is not just a regular dinner. Each course is inspired by one of the four elements: Earth, Fire, Water, and Air, with table projections, visuals, sound, storytelling, and interactive food moments throughout the night.
The classic course menu is $179 per person, and the Grande menu is $199 per person, which includes an Atlantic lobster tail add on.
To book tickets, go to the link in βs page and click on the link.
Address is in the renaissance hotel at the Edmonton airport
Menu highlights include:
π Arrival Bite: caramel cheddar popcorn
Amuse Bouche: candied walnut shrimp with cucumber and bang bang sauce
π₯¦ Earth: bonzai salad with cucumber, carrot, cherry tomatoes, hazelnut praline, mixed greens, Thai basil oil, and miso honey vinaigrette
π₯ Fire: charbroiled bison slider with smoked maple butter, red onion jam, parmesan crisp, bannock bun, and black jack mayo
π Citrus Granite: cranberry snow, balsamic maple essence, and lavender lemonade
π Water: salmon mille-feuille with scallop mousseline, wild rice pancake, asparagus, and spinach beurre blanc
π¨ Air: berry cloud crepe with Chantilly cream, raspberry, mango and haskap berry coulis, sliced strawberries, and hazelnut essence
They also offer beverage add ons, including w**e pairings, cocktails, and mocktails inspired by the four elements.
What makes this experience fun is that itβs immersive beyond just the visuals. and were able to interact with the food, like building your own salad for Earth, building your own burger for Fire, and painting/building your own dessert for Air.
If youβre looking for a dinner spot that feels more like an activity, date night, birthday idea, or special occasion experience, 4 Elements is one of the more unique dining concepts in Edmonton right now.
