🎤 A Little Update About Thursday Karaoke
Over the past several months, Thursday karaoke has grown into something much bigger than we ever imagined, and first of all… thank you. We truly appreciate everyone who’s chosen to spend their Thursday nights with us.
That said, we’ve reached a point where our current setup simply isn’t working anymore.
211 Main has always been, first and foremost, a restaurant. Lately, karaoke nights have become increasingly difficult for our staff to manage safely and comfortably. Unfortunately, we’ve also seen an increase in behaviour that doesn’t reflect the kind of atmosphere we want for our employees, our guests, or our business.
Our team works incredibly hard, and they deserve to feel supported and respected every time they come to work.
With that in mind, we’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily pause Thursday karaoke while we take some time to reevaluate how we can bring it back in a way that’s enjoyable, organized, and respectful for everyone.
This isn’t goodbye to karaoke. It’s simply a chance for us to build a better experience.
We appreciate your understanding, your patience, and your continued support of 211 Main. We’ll keep everyone updated as we work on a new plan, and we look forward to bringing karaoke back when we’re confident we can do it right.
