Many don’t know this, but the final three months of the year, October, November and, December, can have a huge impact on small and locally owned businesses. How they do in this final quarter matters, and for the last few months, every dollar counts, every visit matters and every customer makes a difference. Thanksgiving Butter Tarts this week. 😭 Let us pray to the oven gods for a fix so we can all enjoy some butter tarts next week! 🤞🏽

Now for the GOOD news! Mother Nature is supposed to bless us with some decent temps, so not only will we have Ube Ice Cream, Leche Flan, and Halo Halo, but we have this bad boy pictured below! Introducing our APPLE PIE PARFAIT!

We hit Cleaver Orchards 🍏🍎 and picked up some of their finest produce! The tart Pink Lady apples are tossed with the sweet Honey Crisp apples, along with the spiced apple butter. The apples are sandwiched between layers of creamy filling that is a combination of sweet cream and tangy Greek yogurt and crumbled shortbread cookies. We know plenty of you enjoyed our Lemon and Ginger Cookie Parfait last week. We hope you love this taste of the holidays too!

DESSERT ALERT!! Our oven still isn’t repaired. 😢 Knowing this, boy have we got something special for you this week! If you’re one of the fans of our English Lemon Curd, then you’re going to LOVE this Lemon and Ginger Cookie Parfait 🍋! The first layer is a moist and perfectly spiced ginger cookie crumble, followed by a layer of Lemon Ricotta Cloud Mousse. The final layer is the Lemon Curd - and repeat! This one uses only the BEST ingredients and you know it with that first creamy bite. Pucker up for this dessert from the gods!

On this overcast day, let us cook your favourite comfort meal and tack on a special treat to end your Friday (with a satisfied grin plastered on your face)!
